Expression levels of HNF-1β,CK7,and NapsinA in endometrial cancer tissue and their relationship with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of patients
Objective To investigate the expression levels of hepatocyte nuclear factor 1β(HNF-1β),cytokeratin 7(CK7),and aspartate peptidase A(NapsinA)in endometrial carcinoma(EC)tissue, and their relationship with clinical patho-logical characteristics and prognosis of patients. Methods EC patients(n=80)who received treatment at Beijing Aerospace General Hospital and Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2019 to January 2021 were regarded as the study subjects.Immunohistochemical methods were applied to determine the expression of HNF-1β,CK7,and NapsinA in tissues. The relationship between the expression of HNF-1β,CK7,NapsinA and prognosis in EC patients was analyzed using Kaplan-Meier method. The factors affecting the prognosis of EC were analyzed using multi-variate COX regression. Results The positive expression rate of HNF-1β in EC tissue was obviously lower than that in adja-cent tissues(x2=48.889,P<0.05),and the positive expression rates of CK7 and NapsinA were obviously higher than those in adjacent tissues(x2=36.190,57.636,P<0.05).The expression of HNF-1β,CK7,and NapsinA in EC tissues was related to pathological staging, lymph node metastasis, differentiation degree, and muscle layer infiltration(P<0.05).The expression rates of HNF-1β negative,CK7 positive, and NapsinA positive in EC tissues of the death group were higher than those of the survival group(x2=5.725,16.258,8.801,P<0.05).The 3-year survival rates of patients with HNF-1β negative,CK7 positive, and NapsinA positive expression in EC tissue were obviously lower than those of HNF-1β positive,CK7 negative, and NapsinA negative expression(Log Rankx2=5.366,5.902,4.405,P<0.05).Multivariate COX analysis reveled that HNF-1β negative,CK7 positive,NapsinA positive, pathological stage Ⅲ,lymph node metastasis, low differentiation, and deep muscle infiltration were risk factors affecting the prognosis of EC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion HNF-1β negative,CK7 and NapsinA positive expres-sion in EC tissue are closely related to the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of patients.
