育龄期乳腺癌患者生育研究现状与前沿分析

摘要
目的 对比分析国内外乳腺癌患者生育研究领域现状与前沿趋势,促进我国育龄期乳腺癌患者生育研究提供参考依据.方法 以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中的核心期刊、Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库为主要数据来源,检索2013-2022年有关乳腺癌患者生育研究相关文献,获得150篇中文文献、556篇英文文献,运用可视化软件CiteSpace进行知识图谱分析.结果 2013-2022年相关文献发文量整体呈上升趋势,国内外共同研究热点为乳腺癌患者生育力保护,我国研究热点为乳腺癌患者的综合治疗及其影响因素、乳腺癌患者生育忧虑,国外研究热点为乳腺癌患者生育力保护方法及抗癌患者最佳生育年龄的探讨.结论 与国外相比,我国乳腺癌患者生育研究起步较晚,总体研究上升趋势不如国外显著.因此,我国学者可参考可视化分析结果显示的研究热点和趋势、比较国内外研究差异,加强多中心机构合作,完善我国乳腺癌患者生育力保护及相关指南的建设.
Abstract
Objective To compare and analyze the status and frontier trends in the field of fertility research for breast cancer patients at home and abroad,and to provide a reference foundation for promoting fertility research for breast cancer patients in China.Methods We employed the core journals in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database and Web of Science(WOS)core collection database as the main data sources,to search the literature related to fertility research on breast cancer patients from 2013 to 2022,and obtained 150 Chinese and 556 English literature,and used the visualization software CiteSpace for knowledge graph analysis.Results From 2013 to 2022,the overall trend of related literature is on the rise.Fertility preservation for breast cancer patients is a common research focus at home and abroad.In China,hotspots in-clude comprehensive breast cancer treatment,its influencing factors,and concerns about breast cancer patients'fertility.The hotspots in foreign countries are fertility protection methods for breast cancer patients and the exploration of the optimal age of fertility for anti-cancer patients.Conclusion Therefore,academics in China can make use of the research hotspots and trends revealed by the visualization analysis results,contrast the variations between domestic and foreign studies,and improve multi-center institutions'cooperation to better construct fertility protection and related guides for breast cancer patients in China.
