摘要

目的 应用便携式近红外光谱仪对新生儿足底血精氨酸含量进行定量研究.方法 利用近红外漫反射光谱技术收集115例足底血精氨酸的光谱数据,利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)、多元散射校正(MSC)+二阶导数(SD)等预处理技术,构建了足底血精氨酸的定量分析模型.结果 通过配对t检验和误差分析,发现精氨酸的近红外预测值与参照值之间没有明显的差别,且具有较好的预报效果;其定量模型校正集相关系数R=0.9835,均方根误差RMSEC=4.5761,内部交叉验证决定系数R2=0.9670.结论 定量分析模型能够快速的检测出足底血精氨酸的含量,结果准确可靠;近红外技术可以用于精氨酸定量分析模型的建立,为足底血精氨酸测定提供新的分析方法.

Abstract

Objective To study the content of arginine in neonatal blood plantar by portable near-infrared spectrome-ter.Methods The data of 115 cases of arginine in plantar blood were collected by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectros-copy.The model of quantitative analysis of arginine in plantar blood was established by partial least square method(PLS)and multiplicative scatter correction(MSC)+second derivative(SD)pretreatment.Results Through pairwise t test and error analy-sis,it was found that there was no obvious difference between the predicted value and the reference value of arginine,and the predicted value was good.The correlation coefficient of its quantitative model correction set R=0.9835,root mean square error RMSEC=4.5761,and internal cross validation determination coefficient R2=0.9670.Conclusion Quantitative analysis model can quickly detect the content of arginine in blood of plantar,and the results are accurate and reliable.NIR can be used to establish a quantitative analysis model of arginine.
