The impact of feedforward control strategy combined with high-quality nursing intervention on the rehabilitation process of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia children
Objective To analyze the effect of feedforward control strategy combined with high quality nursing in-tervention on the rehabilitation process of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia children. Methods 120 cases of neonatal hyper-bilirubinemia children treated in The Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected for the study, and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the ran-dom number table method, each with 60 cases. The children in the control group were subjected to high-quality nursing care interventions, and the study group was subjected to feed-forward control strategies on the basis of the control group.Clinical indicators, transcutaneous bilirubin, total bilirubin levels, sleep quality, development, markers of myocardial injury, comfort, and family satisfaction were observed in both groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had shorter time to turn yellow and jaundice subsided, and more defecation times per day(P<0.05).After the intervention, the sleep time, the number of nighttime awakenings, the levels of transcutaneous bilirubin, total bilirubin,CK and CK-MB,and the com-fort score of the two groups decreased, and the study group was lower(P<0.05).After the intervention, the sleep duration, total sleep time, body mass and neurological score increased in the two groups, and more in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The feedforward control strategy combined with high-quality nursing intervention can reduce bilirubin level, inhibit myocardial injury and improve the sleep quality of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, and the use effect is good.
