Analysis of the application effect of health education under the LEARNS model on high-risk pregnant women
Objective To analyze the application effect of health education under LEARNS mode on high-risk preg-nant women.Methods 110 high-risk pregnant women admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received health education under the LEARNS model.Adverse emotions,self-efficacy,subjective well-being,hope level,quality of life,sleep quality,pregnancy outcomes,and neonatal outcomes were observed in both groups.Results Compared with before intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and sleep qual-ity in the two groups decreased after intervention,and the scores of HAMA,HAMD and sleep quality in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the scores of self-efficacy,subjective well-being,positive attitude,positive action,others'relationship,physiological function,emotional function,mental health,energy,physiological function and social function in the two groups increased after intervention,and the scores of self-efficacy,subjective well-being,positive attitude,positive action,others relationship,physiological function,emotional function,mental health,energy,physiological function and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,abortion,premature rupture of membranes,macrosomia,low birth weight and neonatal asphyxia in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Health education under the LEARNS model for high-risk pregnant women can restrain their bad emotions,improve their self-efficacy and sleep quality,and enhance their subjective well-being and hope level,with good results.
