梧州市7～12岁儿童心理健康状况调查及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 了解梧州市7～12岁儿童心理健康现状,对本市儿童心理健康服务质量提供研究方向及数据支持.方法 使用电子心理调查问卷对梧州市14000例儿童青少年进行儿童人口学资料、家庭状况及心理状况数据调查,并使用单因素及多因素分析相关影响因素.结果 男孩存在心理异常行为934人,检出率为6.93％,女孩中存在心理异常行为1039人,检出率为7.71％.异常行为检出率x2=13.108,P＜0.05.结论 加强儿童保健体系中对儿童心理卫生的保健服务,对提高儿童生活质量和促进国民素质具有深远且重要的意义.
Abstract
Objective To understand the mental health status of children aged 7-12 years in Wuzhou,and to provide research direction and data support for the quality of child mental health services in the city.Methods A total of 14000 chil-dren and adolescents in Wuzhou were investigated with electronic psychological questionnaire on demographic data,family status and psychological status.Results 934(6.93％)boys and 1039(7.71％)girls had abnormal psychological behavior.The positive rate of abnormal behavior was x2=13.108(P＜0.05).Conclusion It is of great significance to improve children's qual-ity of life and national quality to strengthen children's mental health service in children;s health care system.
