摘要

通过混合式教学方法,讲授罕见遗传疾病的病因、发病机制、病变过程和临床表型;学习罕见病从亲代传至子代的遗传规律,了解其诊断、治疗和防控的手段、技术.以情景模拟的体验式教学结合虚拟实验开展遗传咨询的实践教学.从而系统地向医学相关专业学生介绍罕见遗传疾病.

Abstract

"Rare Genetic Diseases"is a professional elective course that systematically introduces rare genetic dis-eases through a blending teaching method.The course introduces the etiology,pathogenesis,and clinical phenotype of rare genetic diseases.It also illustrates the genetic principle of rare diseases transmitted from parents to offspring,and the diagno-sis,treatment,and prevention of rare genetic diseases.The practical teaching of genetic counseling is carried out through situ-ational teaching method combined with virtual experiments.
