摘要
心血管疾病是一类由遗传和环境因素共同影响的复杂疾病,其发生发展涉及多种表观遗传学机制,主要包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA等.近年来,随着高通量测序技术的发展,心血管疾病表观遗传学研究取得了重要进展,为深入理解心血管疾病的分子机制和发现新的诊断和治疗靶点提供了新的视角和方法.本文主要就表观遗传学在心血管疾病中的最新研究进展做一综述.
Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases are a group of complex diseases influenced by both genetic and environmental factors,and their development involves a variety of epigenetic mechanisms,mainly including DNA methylation,histone modification and non-coding RNA.In recent years,with the development of high-throughput sequencing technology,epige-netic has made important progress in the study of cardiovascular diseases,providing new perspectives and methods for a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms of cardiovascular diseases and the discovery of new diagnostic and thera-peutic targets.This article mainly reviews the latest research progress on epigenetic mechanisms in cardiovascular diseases.
