The effect of staged continuous nursing based on self-media social media platform on the breast-feeding status and maternal role adaptation of premature infants
Objective To explore the effect of staged continuous nursing care with self-media social platform on premature infants'breastfeeding and maternal role adaptation. Methods A total of 250 premature infants admitted to the In-ternational Peace Maternal and Child Health Hospital of China Welfare Society from September 2022 to June 2023 were se-lected.Random number table method was divided into observation group(125 cases)and control group(125 cases). The con-trol group was treated with routine nursing during hospitalization, and the observation group was treated with phased con-tinuous nursing based on we-media social platform. Results After the end of nursing, the body length, head circumference and body mass of newborns in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of in-tervention,the scores of breastfeeding self-efficacy scale(BSES)and Latches breastfeeding Evaluation Scale were improved in both groups, and the scores of BSES and Latches breastfeeding Evaluation scale in the control group were not significantly improved than those in the observation group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention, the scores of the qualitative research scale of maternal role experience of primipara in both groups were improved, and the scores of the maternal subscale in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 4.80%(6/125)in the observation group and 12.80%(16/125)in the control group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The phased continuous nursing based on social media platform can enhance the feed-ing efficacy of primipara.
