目的 深入研究中英文数据库内关于流产迹象时候的保胎策略,可以为我国在流产保胎领域的研究与应用提供具有参考价值的资料,有助于推动相关领域的科研进展与临床实践.方法 本次研究聚焦于"流产and保胎"以及"abortion and prevent miscarriage"这两个核心主题,在中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)中进行了深入的中英文文献检索.随后,从关键词、作者、文献发表数量以及机构出发,对检索到的文献进行了系统而细致的分析与研究.结果 在对比我国与国外在流产保胎领域的发展情况时,观察到我国最初在起步阶段较迟,机构与作者间的联系尚不紧密.但是最近几年,我国在该领域的文献发表数量正呈现出稳步增长的态势.在流产保胎的学术研究领域,我国的主要研究焦点涵盖了先兆流产、保胎治疗、妊娠结局、孕酮、中药等多个关键议题.在全球范围内,研究则主要聚焦于spontaneous abortion(自然/先兆流产)、pregnancy(妊娠)、recurrent miscarriage(复发性流产)、expression(基因表达)、risk(风险因素)等方面,这些共同构成了当前国外流产与保胎研究的主要方向.结论 当前,先兆流产已成为全球范围内流产保胎研究的热点议题.在国外,主流研究多集中于先兆流产的潜在风险因素及其再次发生流产的关联性,这为该领域未来的研究奠定了一定的基础.尽管我国在先兆流产及复发性流产的研究领域尚显薄弱,但中医在治疗流产保胎方面展现出了独特的优势,这提示我国应加强对中医药的深入探究,以充分发掘和利用我国在此领域的独特优势.
Visual analysis of research hotspots in miscarriage prevention and fetal preservation
Objective To analyze the differences in research hotspots between Chinese and English databases on abortion prevention when signs of miscarriage appear,in order to provide valuable reference for the research and practice of abortion prevention in China.Methods Using the keywords"miscarriage and pregnancy"and"abortion and prevent miscar-riage",Chinese and English literature were searched in the CNKI and Web of Science(WOS)databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).Visual analysis was conducted from four aspects:publication volume,author,institution,and keywords.Results Compared to foreign countries,China started relatively late in the field of abortion and abortion pro-tection,and there was not close contact between authors and institutions.However,the number of articles published in China is constantly increasing and showing an upward trend.In the research on abortion and fetal protection,domestic research hot-spots focus on threatened miscarriage,fetal protection treatment,pregnancy outcomes,progesterone,traditional Chinese medicine,and other aspects.Foreign research hotspots focus on therapeutic abortion,pregnancy management,threatened abortion,risk factors,and diagnosis.Conclusion Threatened miscarriage is currently a hot research topic in the field of abor-tion and fetal protection both domestically and internationally.However,foreign countries tend to focus on the risk factors of threatened miscarriage,which may be the forefront trend in this field in the future.Although there is relatively little research on the risk factors of threatened miscarriage in China,there are unique advantages in traditional Chinese medicine treatment for miscarriage and fetal protection.It is suggested to strengthen research in traditional Chinese medicine and vigorously lev-erage China's unique advantages.
