摘要
早产是一种需要高度重视的产科并发症,也是新生儿发病及死亡的主要原因.巨噬细胞是母胎界面中的免疫细胞之一,在人类正常妊娠过程中发挥关键作用.近年来,多项研究发现巨噬细胞的表型转换及功能异常可能与早产发生相关.而逆转巨噬细胞的表型转换被认为有助于预防及治疗早产.因此,本文就巨噬细胞在早产中的研究进展作综述.
Abstract
Preterm birth is a highly valued obstetric complication and a major cause of neonatal morbidity and mor-tality.Macrophages are one of the immune cells in the maternal fetal interface and play a crucial role in normal human preg-nancy.In recent years,multiple studies have found that the phenotype transition and functional abnormalities of macrophages may be related to premature birth.Reversing the phenotype transition of macrophages is believed to help prevent and treat premature birth.Therefore,this article provides a review of the research progress of macrophages in preterm birth.
