Research progress on the application of robotic surgery in gynecological diseases
Robotic surgery has developed rapidly in recent years,especially in the field of abdominal surgery.Its technological superiorities enable some abdominal surgeries to be performed through microtraumatic operation rather than open operation.In addition,previously successful laparoscopic operations can now also be performed using robotic surgical methods.However,the results of robotic surgery are controversial.This article reviews existing literature on robotic surgery,with a focus on hysterectomy,myomectomy,and surgery for malignant tumors.Da Vinci robotic surgery is a stage in the cross human process.Surgical practice has witnessed a revolutionary breakthrough towards minimally invasive methods,and more and more advanced robots have been proven to benefit patients and surgeons in various ways.However,these innovative ma-chines only supplement and enhance the operational skills of surgeons.With it comes responsibilities and new challenges.
