目的 对中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集已发表的新生儿低血糖护理相关文献进行可视化分析,分析当前新生儿低血糖护理领域的研究现状、热点以及发展趋势.方法 采用文献计量学的研究方法,检索数据库建库至2024年6月,以"新生儿""低血糖"以及"护理"为关键词,运用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件进行可视化分析.结果 国内外总体发文量呈上升趋势,但增幅较为缓慢,总发文量仍然偏低;国内外作者合作较少.关键词主要以风险筛查、循证护理、预防以及干预措施为主.国内外新生儿低血糖循证护理、母乳喂养、预防对策是近年来的研究热点.结论 新生儿低血糖护理研究领域仍处于上升阶段,针对优化循证护理、母乳喂养以及预防对策可进行深入研究,不断探索构建适合国内新生儿低血糖的护理模式.
Visual analysis of domestic and foreign research hotspots of neonatal hypoglycemia nursing based on CiteSpace
Objective Visually analyze published literature on neonatal hypoglycemia management from the China Knowledge Network(CNKI)and Web of Science Core Collection,and analyze the current state of research,hotspots and trends in neonatal hypoglycemia management.Methods A bibliometric approach was used to search the database up to June 2024 using the keywords'neonatal','hypoglycemia'and'nursing'.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used for visual analysis.Results The total number of domestic and foreign publications was increasing,but the rate of increase was relatively slow and the total number of publications was still low;there was less collaboration between domestic and foreign authors.Keywords mainly focused on risk screening,evidence-based nursing,prevention and intervention.In recent years,research had focused on evidence-based nursing,breastfeeding and preventive countermeasure of neonatal hypoglycemia,both nationally and in-ternationally.Conclusion The field of research on neonatal hypoglycemia care is still in an emerging stage,and in-depth re-search can be conducted on optimizing evidence-based nursing,breastfeeding and preventive countermeasures,and continue to explore the construction of a care model suitable for domestic neonatal hypoglycemia.
