单细胞转录物组测序技术在先兆子痫发病机制中的研究现状

先兆子痫是妊娠期特有、严重危害母儿健康的妊娠期并发症,是全世界孕产妇死亡的主要原因,其发病机制至今尚未阐明.传统RNA测序停留在细胞群的平均水平,忽视细胞异质性,对于先兆子痫细胞水平的变化以及致病基因的鉴定具有一定的局限性.单细胞测序技术是在单个细胞水平上检测基因表达信息,可以区分不同细胞类型及其亚型,了解其差异表达基因.本文对单细胞测序技术在先兆子痫发病机制中的研究现状进行综述.
Current status of single-cell transcriptome sequencing in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia
Preeclampsia is a pregnancy complication unique to pregnancy,which seriously endangers the health of mother and child.It is the main cause of maternal death in the world,and its pathogenesis has not been clarified yet.Tradi-tional RNA sequencing remained at the average level of cell population and ignored cell heterogeneity,which had certain limitations on the changes in cell level and the identification of pathogenic genes in preeclampsia.Single-cell sequencing technology is to detect gene expression information at the level of individual cells,which can distinguish different cell types and their subtypes and understand their differentially expressed genes.This article reviews the research status of single-cell sequencing technology in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
