芳香棱子芹种子萌发特性研究

为了研究芳香棱子芹种子的萌发特性,为芳香棱子芹资源利用提供科学依据,以芳香棱子芹种子为材料,测定不同的光照、温度、pH值、赤霉素、贮藏时间等条件处理对其种子萌发的影响.通过发芽实验研究了温度、光照、pH、贮藏时间等因素对芳香棱子芹种子萌发的影响.结果表明:(1)芳香棱子芹种子最适萌发温度为25℃, 芽率可达79. 50%;(2)芳香棱子芹种子在光照条件和黑暗条件发芽率没有差异;(3)其对pH具有广泛的适应性,在pH为2~10范围内均可萌发,但在pH6~8范围内可获得较高的发芽率.(4)其种子不适宜长期贮藏,最适贮藏时间为12个月.(5)300mg/L的赤霉素对芳香棱子芹种子的萌发具有明显的作用,其发芽率和发芽势都达到最高,分别为81. 4%和49. 4%.
Study on Seed Germination Characters of Pleurospermum aromaticum
This research attempted to understand the Pleurospermum aromaticum seed germination conditions inorder to provide theoretical bases for fully utilize relevant resources in future studies., to study the effect of different treatments such as temperatures, light, pH, soil covering thickness, storing time on seed germination of Pleurospermum aromaticum. The results are as follows: (1) the seed has no dormancy, the best germinating temperature range is 25℃, the germination rate was 79. 50%; (2)the seeds in the light and dark conditions germination rate had no difference; (3) The appropriate pH values range was wide, the seeds could germinated under the pH value in the range of 2 - 10, but a higher germination rate can be achieved in the range of pH 6 - 8; (4)The seed was not suitable for long term storage,. the most suitable storing time is less than 12 months; (5) 300 mg · L -1 gibberellic acid increased the germination rate of the seed to 81. 4%, the germination vigor was 49. 4%.
