基于多指标结合化学计量学的多基源藏药烈香杜鹃质量评价分析

目的:采用多指标结合化学计量学综合评价烈香杜鹃的质量,为其质量评价提供科学依据.方法:采用2020年版《中国药典》四部通则规定的方法对藏药烈香杜鹃的显微、水分、总灰分等分别进行了鉴别和测定,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了金丝桃苷和槲皮苷的含量,并进行聚类分析(HCA)和主成分分析(PCA).采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012)进行了相似度评价.结果:不同基源烈香杜鹃的显微鉴别结果存在细微差别,水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物含量也显示出一定的差异.指纹图谱的相似度分析显示样品相似度系数为0.705~0.990.金丝桃苷和槲皮苷的含量平均值分别为0.408 2%、0.175 5%、0.583 7%,RSD值分别为62.97%、46.67%和47.89%.化学模式分析结果显示样品间存在一定差异.结论:不同基源的烈香杜鹃质量有一定的差异性,基于多指标结合化学计量法的方法能有效评价藏药烈香杜鹃的质量,为烈香杜鹃的质量评价提供参考.
Objective:To evaluate the quality of Flos Rhododendri Anthopgonoidi by multi-index com-bined with chemometrics,so as to provide scientific basis for quality evaluation.Methods:The micro-scopic content,moisture,total ash of Flos Rhododendri Anthopgonoidi were identified and determined by the methods specified in the four general rules of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition).Hypericin and quercetin contents were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and hi-erarchical cluster analysis(HCA)and principal component analysis(PCA)were performed.In addi-tion,this study also evaluated the similarity of Flos Rhododendri Anthopgonoidi by similarity evalua-tion of chromatographic fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine(2012).Results:There were slight differences in the microscopic identification results of multi-base source of Flos Rhododendri An-thopgonoidi,the moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash and extract of multi-base source of samples were not consistent,either.The similarity analysis of fingerprints showed that the similarity coefficient of 20 batches of samples ranged from 0.705 to 0.990.And the mean contents of hypericin and quercitrin were 0.408 2%,0.175 5%,0.583 7%,and RSD were 62.97%,46.67%and 47.89%,respectively.Chemical model analysis showed that there were differences among the samples.Conclusion:There was a certain degree of variability in the quality of multi-base sources of Flos Rhododendri Anthop-gonoidi.The method could effectively evaluate the quality of the Tibetan medicin,and provide a refer-ence for the quality evaluation of Flos Rhododendri Anthopgonoidi.
