Objective:This study optimizes the extraction conditions for total triterpenoids from Poten-tilla anserina roots using ultrasonic-assisted extraction.Method:After conducting single-factor experi-ments,the effects of liquid-solid ratio, extraction time, and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of total triterpenoids was assessed through response surface methodology. Results:The optimal ex-traction parameters with the environment of a liquid-solid ratio of 20 ∶ 1 mL/g,an extraction time of 63 min,and an extraction temperature of 60°C.Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total trit-erpenoids from P.anserina roots reached 4.73%±0.01%.Conclusion:The extraction process was sim-plified and optimized using the response surface method, resulting in a high content of total triterpe-noids.This optimization provides a foundation for the future development and utilization of P.anserina root extracts.
