中药重楼治疗痤疮的研究进展

通过整理《本草纲目》、各类方书和现代药理研究文献,对中药重楼在治疗痤疮方面的应用历史和现状进行了深入分析.研究发现重楼治疗痤疮的相关描述最早记载于东汉时期的《神农本草经》中.唐代,重楼开始与其他药物一起被用于治疗痤疮的处方中,此后不断发展和完善.综合中医古籍和现代研究成果发现,重楼在治疗痤疮方面不仅具有悠久的历史,而且展现出显著的疗效,为进一步开发和应用重楼资源,治疗临床痤疮和其他皮肤病提供了重要的参考.
Abstract
This paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the historical and current applications of Rhi-zoma Paridis,a traditional Chinese medicine,in the treatment of acne by organizing information from the"Compendium of Materia Medica",various medical prescriptions,and modern pharmacological re-search literature.The study revealed that descriptions of Rhizoma Paridis for acne treatment were re-corded as early as in the ancient text"Shennong Bencao Jing".During the Tang Dynasty,Rhizoma Pari-dis began to be used in prescriptions for acne treatment in combination with other medicines,a practice which continued to develop and improve thereafter.A comprehensive examination of both ancient Chi-nese medical texts and modern research findings indicated that Rhizoma Paridis not only had a long his-tory in treating acne but also demonstrated significant therapeutic efficacy.These insights provided an important reference for the further development and application of Rhizoma Paridis resources in the clinical treatment of acne and other skin diseases.
