The evaluation of the implementation effect of standards was an important part of the stan-dardization work,which could find out the deficiencies in the implementation process of standards in time and help to revise and perfect the standards,so as to enhance the applicability and advancement of standards.Taking Bulk Blending Fertilizer(GB/T 21633-2020)as an example,standard implementa-tion effect evaluation had four stages,as index system construction,data collection,data analysis and evaluation conclusion formation.This study evaluated the effectiveness of national standards through empirical research,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
