3种植物生长调节剂对桃儿七种子萌发特性的影响

Effects of Three Plant Growth Regulators on Seed Germination Characteristics of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum

目的:掌握珍稀藏药材桃儿七(Sinopodophyllum hexandrum)种子萌发特性及休眠解除方法.方法:以采集的野生桃儿七种子为研究对象,使用3种植物生长调节剂乙烯利(ETH)、褪黑素(MLT)、赤霉素(GA3),对桃儿七种子萌发特性进行研究,设置不同浸种浓度、浸种时间探究对桃儿七种子萌发特性的影响.结果:ETH最佳处理条件为10 mg⋅L-1浸种24 h,种子第45 d时萌发率达90.0%,萌发时滞为17 d;MLT最佳处理条件为50 μmol⋅L-1浸种12 h,种子第45 d时萌发率达83.3%,萌发时滞为16 d;GA3最佳处理条件为200 mg⋅L-1浸种24 h,种子第45 d时萌发率达80.0%,萌发时滞为18 d.三者相比,ETH对促进桃儿七种子萌发效果最显著.结论:桃儿七种皮坚硬,酸蚀组和对照组种子的吸水饱和时间明显不同;种子内含有萌发抑制性物质是导致桃儿七种子休眠的主要原因;3种植物生长调节剂对桃儿七种子萌发均有显著影响(P<0.05).本研究探讨了打破桃儿七种子休眠并提高萌发率的有效方法,可为桃儿七规模化人工栽培提供科学指导及技术支撑.
Objective:To master the dormancy characteristics and the methods of dormancy release of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum seeds.Methods:Three plant growth regulators ethephon(ETH),melato-nin(MLT)and gibberellin(GA3)were used to observe the effects of different soaking concentrations and soaking time on the germination characteristics of S.hexandrum seeds.Results:The optimal treat-ment conditions of ETH was 10 mg⋅L-1 soaking for 24 h,the germination rate reached 90.0%on the 45th day,and the germination delay was 17 d.The optimal treatment condition of MLT was soaked in 50 μmol⋅L-1 for 12 h,the germination rate reached 83.3%on the 45th day,and the germination delay was 16 d.The optimal treatment condition of GA3 was 200 mg⋅L-1 soaking for 24 h,the germination rate reached 80.0%on the 45th day,and the germination delay was 18 d.The plant growth regulator ETH had the most significant effect on promoting the germination of S.hexandrum compared to the oth-er two.Conclusion:The dense seed coat and the time of water saturation were significantly different be-tween the acid-etching group and the control group.The main reason for seed dormancy was the exis-tence of germination inhibitors in seeds.The three plant growth regulators had significant effects on the germination of S.hexandrum(P<0.05).This study explored the effective methods to break the dor-mancy of S.hexandrum seeds and improve the germination rate,which could provide scientific guid-ance and technical support for the large-scale artificial cultivation of S.hexandrum.
