多裂叶水芹雄性不育材料的发现与鉴定

水芹为中国重要的水生蔬菜作物之一,其花两性、花小、花发育不一、种子难发芽以及缺乏雄性不育材料的特点限制了水芹杂交育种和种质的创新.本研究从贵州省毕节市七星关区燕子口镇野生环境中获得水芹雄性不育材料(OtBY001),通过形态、花药和花粉发育的观察、遗传分析等,对OtBY001的不育特征进行研究.结果表明获得的水芹雄性不育材料为多裂叶水芹种(Oenanthe thomsonii C.B.Clarke),其不育原因为花发育过程中花丝萎缩,花药不能形成有活力的花粉,但能够接受外来花粉形成种子.遗传分析表明,该雄性不育材料可能由隐性核单基因控制.暗处理后,OtBY001黄化特征明显,口感优良.
Water dropwort was one of the important aquatic vegetables crop in China.The characteris-tics of its bisexual flowers,small flowers,uneven flower development,difficulty in seed germination,and the lack of male sterile materials limited its hybrid breeding and germplasm innovation.In this study,a male sterile material(OtBY001)was obtained from the wild environment of Yanzikou Town,Qixingguan District,Bijie City,Guizhou Province.The infertility characteristics of OtBY001 were studied through genetic analysis and observation of morphology,anther and pollen development.The male sterile material obtained from water dropwort was belonging to the species,Oenante thomsonii C.B.Clarke.Its infertility may be due to that the filament atrophy during flower development,the anthers cannot form viable pollen,but can receive foreign pollen to form seeds.Genetic analysis suggested that the male sterile material may be controlled by a recessive nuclear single gene.After dark treatment,Ot-BY001 has obvious yellowing characteristics and excellent taste.
