摘要
栝楼(Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.)是一种重要的药用植物,具有丰富的药用价值和广泛的应用前景.传统的种植方式存在效率低和品质不稳定等问题,通过组织培养可以成功实现栝楼无菌苗的快速生长和繁殖,通过科学合理的繁殖方法、水肥管理和病虫害防治,可以进一步提高栝楼的产量和品质.现对栝楼组培快繁及高效栽培技术的研究进展进行综述,以期为栝楼的生产提供有效的理论支持,促进栝楼产业的高质量发展.
Abstract
Trichosanthes kirilowii was an important medicinal plant with various medicinal values and wide application prospects.Traditional cultivation methods faced challenges such as low efficiency and unstable quality.The rapid growth and reproduction of T.kirilowii aseptic seedling could be successful-ly achieved through tissue culture.Furthermore,the yield and quality of T.kirilowii could be further im-proved through scientific and rational reproduction methods,water and fertilizer management,as well as disease and pest control.In this paper,the research progress of tissue culture rapid propagation and efficient cultivation techniques of T.kirilowii were reviewed in order to provide effective theoretical support for the production of T.kirilowii and promote the high-quality development of the T.kirilowii industry.
