目的:通过文献计量分析总结黄芪农业领域研究现状并预测未来研究趋势.方法:以中国知网(CNKI)和Web of science(WOS)核心数据库为来源,运用Citespace软件对论文发表趋势、作者机构、热点主题以及前沿领域进行可视化分析.结果:黄芪在农业领域的发文数量随时间变化呈现3个发文高峰期,中文研究早于英文研究.黄芪有效成分研究是学者关注的重点领域.前人围绕黄芪遗传特性与育种、栽培管理和道地性以及次生代谢产物调控与合成等方面开展大量研究.水盐胁迫、根际微生物以及黄芪活性物质生物合成分子调控机制是近年来的研究前沿热点.结论:运用多组学方法探索黄芪中生物活性成分累积的分子机制,并通过分子育种定向培育高抗、高效、高稳定性的优良品种是未来的主要研究趋势.
Objective:In order to summarize the current status and predict the development trend of As-tragali Radix in Agriculture Field through bibliometric analysis.Methods:Based on the related litera-tures of Astragali Radix from CNKI and WOS core journal database,Citespace software was used to conduct a visual analysis on the publication trends,authors,institutions,research hotspots and fron-tiers.Results:The publication numbers of Astragali Radix in Agriculture Field showed three peak peri-ods over time.Chinese research started earlier than English research.Active ingredients of Astragali Ra-dix were the focus of scholars.A large number of studies have been carried out on genetic characteris-tics and breeding research,cultivation management and genuineness research,regulation and synthesis of secondary metabolites.Water-salt stress,rhizosphere soil microorganisms and bioactive ingredients molecular regulation mechanism of Astragali Radix had been the research frontier in recent years.Con-clusion:Exploring the mechanisms of the bioactive ingredients accumulation in Astragali Radix by multiomics analyses,and cultivating excellent varieties with high resistance,high efficiency and high stability through molecular breeding will be the main research trend in the future.
