西藏特有种砂生槐的研究现状和展望

摘要
砂生槐为西藏"一江两河"地区特有的小灌木,因其作为固沙、薪柴、药用、蜜源、饲用等植物,备受人们的关注.本文从植物形态学、遗传学和细胞学、生长发育、生态适应性、以及饲用和药用价值等综述了砂生槐的相关研究成果,并对其种群的复壮、资源的驯化选育、苦参碱开发、蛋白饲料应用等研究方向进行了展望,以期为砂生槐进一步开发和应用,提供重要参考.
Abstract
Sophora moorcroftiana was an endemic undershrub species in the"Yarlung Zangbo River and its two tributaries"area of Tibet.It attracted much attention due to its multiple value of sand-fix-ing,fuelwood,medicinal,nectariferous and feeding.In this paper,the current research results of S.moorcroftiana were reviewed,including plant morphology,genetics and cytology,growth and devel-opment,ecological adaptability,feeding and medicinal value.The research direction of population re-juvenation,resource domestication and breeding,development of matrine alkaloids,and application of protein feed were prospected.It provided an important reference for the further development and ap-plication of S.moorcroftiana.
