全缘叶绿绒蒿石油醚提取物的GC-MS分析

目的:对全缘叶绿绒蒿石油醚提取物的化学成分进行研究.方法:全缘叶绿绒蒿样品经粉碎后用乙醇提取和石油醚萃取并以硅胶拌样,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯体系作为流动相,按照100∶0、50∶1、40∶1、30∶1、20∶1梯度进行洗脱,收集得到Fr1~Fr5共5个馏分,对上述样品用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行成分分析.结果:通过质谱仪共检测到117个成分,其中含量超过10%的有十六烷(Hexadecane)、十七烷(Heptadecane)、3,5,11-桉叶三烯(3,5,11-Eudesmatriene)、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚(2,4-Di-tert-Butylphenol)和菲(Phenanthrene)5种化合物.结论:本研究用GC-MS测定全缘叶绿绒蒿石油醚提取物化学成分的方法稳定可靠,为建立全缘叶绿绒蒿质量评价体系提供更准确的依据.
Objective:To investigate the chemical components of the petroleum ether extract from Meconopsis integrifolia.Methods:The samples of M.integrifolia were grinded,extracted with ethanol and petroleum ether,and separated by silica gel column chromatography.Using petroleum ether-ethyl acetate as the mobile phase,elution was carried out according to the gradient of 100∶0,50∶1,40∶1,30∶1,20∶1,and five fractions were collected(Fr1-Fr5).Results:A total of 117 components were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),of which five compounds with a con-tent exceeding 10%were Hexadecane,Heptadecane,3,5,11-Eudesmatriene,2,4-Di-tert-Butylphe-nol,and Phenanthrene.Conclusion:The method of determining the chemical components of the petro-leum ether extract of M.integrifolia by GC-MS was stable and reliable,providing a more accurate foundation for the establishment of a quality evaluation system for M.integrifolia.
