摘要
诃子为藏药大宗药材,味苦、酸、涩,性平,归肺、大肠经,有涩肠止泻、敛肺止咳之效,属药食同源经济树种,含有丰富的化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗癌、抗肿瘤、神经保护、肝肾保护、胃肠道保护、降糖、解毒强心等生物活性.诃子不仅在我国中医用药中使用广泛,在饮料织染等行业也占有非常重要的地位.本文通过对诃子的本草考证、化学成分、药理活性、药食同源、行业应用等多个方面进行概述,对其应用现状进行分析,为诃子的可持续发展、药食同源开发和综合利用提供理论依据.
Abstract
As a major medicinal material in Tibetan medicine,Terminalia chebula was bitter,sour,and astringent,with a neutral nature.It was attributed to the lung and large intestine meridians,and had the effect of astringent intestine,diarrhea,lung and cough.T.chebula was classified as an economically valuable medicinal and edible tree species,possessed a rich array of chemical components and pharmaco-logical effects,exhibiting biological activities such as antioxidation,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial properties,anticancer,antitumor effects,neuroprotection,hepatorenal protection,gastrointestinal protection,hypoglycemic effects,detoxification,and cardiac strengthening.T.chebula was not only widely used in Chinese medicine,but also played a very important role in beverage dyeing and other industries.This paper provided an overview of T.chebula,encompassing its herbalogical and textual research,chemical component,pharmacological activities,medicinal and edible dual-use properties,and industrial applications.And its application status was analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for its sustainable development,as well as the exploration and comprehensive utilization of its medicinal and edible properties.
