Global Research Status and Trends Analysis of Sophora alopecuroides Based on Bibliometrics

苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides L.)是一种多年生豆科草本植物,含有多种化学物质,具有重要生态和药用价值,广泛分布于沙漠和草原边缘地带.本文对来自Web of Science和Scopus数据库1965~2023年苦豆子的相关研究文章进行了文献计量学分析,并使用CiteSpace和VOSviewer对结果进行可视化.结果表明:2004年及2010年,文章发表数量先后进入2个集中增长阶段;中国发表的文章数量最多,且文章发表量排名前5位的研究机构均位于中国,表明中国在苦豆子的植物研究中发挥了主导作用.被引频次最多的文章主要集中于药理学和植物保护(杀虫剂)研究上,表明苦豆子在医药和生态系统保护领域发挥重要作用.苦豆子可适应盐碱、干旱等环境条件,具有改善土壤质量,防止土壤侵蚀等重要生态价值.未来应加强其在医药和生态领域中的应用研究,目前还缺乏临床研究来验证其治疗人类疾病的有效性,药物开发尚处于起步阶段;在生态保护和修复中多种胁迫交互作用的研究仍需深入.
Sophora alopecuroides is a perennial herb in the legume family that contains a variety of chemical compounds.It has significant ecological and medicinal values and widely distributed in desert and grassland fringe areas.This article conducted a bibliometric analysis on the relevant S.alopecuroi-des research articles from the Web of Science and Scopus databases from 1965 to 2023,and visualized the results using CiteSpace and VOSviewer.The results showed that the number of articles published entered two concentrated growth stages respectively in 2004 and 2010.The most articles were pub-lished in China.And the top 5 research institutions in terms of article publication volume were all locat-ed in China,indicating that China played a leading role in the botanical research of S.alopecuroides.The most frequently cited articles focused on pharmacology and plant protection(insecticides),indi-cating that S.alopecuroides played an important role in the field of medicine and ecosystem protection.S.alopecuroides had the potential medicinal value to treat a variety of diseases,could adapt to environ-mental conditions such as salinity and drought,improve soil quality,and prevent soil erosion,among other important ecological values.Future research should focus on its application in the fields of medi-cine and ecology,as there is still a lack of clinical studies to verify its effectiveness in treating human diseases,and drug development is still in its initial stages;research on the interaction of various stress-es in ecological protection and restoration needs to be deepened.
