摘要
牛蒡子是我国传统中药材,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗癌、抗糖尿病等作用,主要含木脂素类、挥发油及脂肪酸类、萜类、酚酸类等化合物.本文在系统挖掘分析牛蒡子化学成分和药理作用的基础上,从植物亲缘关系、传统药性及有效性、网络药理学预测以及化学成分可测性等方面,对牛蒡子质量标志物进行预测分析,初步筛选牛蒡苷、牛蒡苷元、绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B和异绿原酸C等成分作为牛蒡子质量标志物.本文将为牛蒡子基于"质-效"相关性的现代质量评价模式的形成和进一步开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
Arctium lappa is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb,mainly containing lignans,volatile oils,fatty acids,terpenoids,phenolic acids and other compounds,with anti-inflammatory,antibacte-rial,anticancer and anti-diabetic effects.In this paper,based on the systematic excavation and analysis of chemical composition and pharmacological effects of A.lappa,the quality markers of A.lappa were predicted and analyzed in terms of plant relatives,traditional medicinal properties,network pharmaco-logical prediction and chemical composition measurability.The components of burdock glycosides,burdock sapogenins,chlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A,isochlorogenic acid B and isochlorogen-ic acid C were preliminarily screened as quality markers of A.lappa.It would provide reference for the formation of modern quality evaluation model of A.lappa based on quality-effect correlation and further development and utilization.
