苦参炮制历史沿革及现代研究进展

Historical Evolution and Modern Research Progress of Processing Sophorae Flavescentis Radix

苦参是临床常用的传统中药,应用广泛,具有很大的发展前景.但目前对于苦参炮制历史沿革及相关研究较少,为进一步开发和挖掘苦参炮制品,本研究通过对古今文献收载的苦参炮制内容归纳整理,发现记载苦参炮制方法的古籍大多集中在宋、清时期,其炮制方法多种多样,主要以醋煮、酒煮、米泔汁浸后蒸、炒黄、炒炭、酒炒等方法为主.而现今各种炮制方法基本已无沿用,临床上多以生品和炭品入药,尤以生品多用,部分地区炮制规范中尚缺乏苦参及其炮制品准确可控的质量标准;苦参炮制前后化学成分、药性、药理作用等现代科研成果的归整可为苦参的相关研究提供参考.
Sophorae Flavescentis Radix is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice,widely used and with great development prospects.However,there is limited research on the historical evolution and related research processing currently.In order to further develop and ex-plore Sophorae Flavescentis Radix processing products,this study summarized and organized the con-tent of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix processing recorded in ancient and modern literature.It was found that most ancient books that recorded Sophorae Flavescentis Radix processing methods were concen-trated in the Song and Qing dynasties,and their processing methods were diverse,mainly using vine-gar boiling,wine boiling,steaming rice and swill juice soaking,stir frying yellow,charcoal frying,and wine frying.Nowadays,various processing methods were basically no longer used,and in clinical practice,raw and charcoal products were mostly used as medicine,especially raw products.In some regions,there was still a lack of accurate and controllable quality standards for Sophorae Flavescentis Radix and its processed products in the processing standards.The compilation of modern scientific research achievements on the chemical composition,medicinal properties,pharmacological effects,and other aspects of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix before and after processing,could provide reference for related research on Sophorae Flavescentis Radix.
