Objective:To provide a theoretical basis for protecting the ecological environment of wild fruit forest and promote the ecological restoration of wild fruit forest.Methods:In the wild fruit forest in Yili region,representative non grazing areas and open areas were selected,and the vegetation quad-rat was investigated by typical plot method.The effects of human activities on the biodiversity of wild fruit forest were studied by analyzing the species composition and important value of the community.Results:The number of species in open areas was less than that in non grazing areas.The important val-ues of Compositae,Leguminosae and Gramineae decreased significantly in the open area.The impor-tant values of wild apple were higher than those of other species.Conclusion:Human disturbance would threaten the structure and function of wild fruit forest ecosystem,reduce the level of species di-versity of wild fruit forest,destroy the ecosystem and affect the stability of community structure.
