摘要
前颗粒蛋白(PGRN)是一种富含半胱氨酸的分泌蛋白,在哺乳动物体内广泛表达,参与细胞发育、细胞周期控制、胚胎发生、血管生成、伤口愈合、肿瘤形成、炎症反应和自身免疫过程的调节,在人体内发挥重要作用.PGRN在肺脏中主要由淋巴细胞及上皮细胞表达,激活多种信号通路,参与肺脏疾病的发生、发展,与多种肺脏疾病如急性肺损伤、哮喘、肺癌密切相关.本文就PGRN功能及其在肺脏疾病中发挥的作用和机制进行综述,深入探讨PGRN与肺脏疾病的关系和相关机制,以期为肺脏疾病的诊断和治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Progranulin(PGRN)is a secreted protein rich in cysteine,widely expressed in mammalian bodies,involved in cell development,cell cycle control,embryogenesis,angiogenesis,wound healing,tumor formation,inflammatory response,and regulation of autoimmune processes.It plays an important role in the human body.PGRN is mainly expressed by lymphocytes and epithelial cells in the lungs,activating various signaling pathways and participating in the occurrence and development of lung diseases.It is closely related to various lung diseases such as acute lung injury,asthma,and lung cancer.This article provides a review of the function of PGRN and its role and mechanism in lung diseases,delving into the relationship and related mechanisms between PGRN and lung diseases,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases.
