摘要
Rett综合征(RTT)是一种严重的、罕见的进行性发育障碍,作为一种复杂的多系统疾病,具有从神经系统到非神经系统症状的多种临床表现.本文综述了 RTT相关的外周系统共病的循证更新,提高大家对RTT多系统共病的认识,为RTT患者的多学科管理提供指导.
Abstract
Rett syndrome(RTT)is a severe and rare progressive developmental disorder,as a complex multisystem disease with a variety of clinical manifestations ranging from neurological to non-neurological symptoms.This article reviews the evidence-based update of RTT-related peripheral system comorbidities,so as to improve the understanding of RTT multisystem comorbidities and provide guidance for the multidisciplinary management of RTT patients.
