Research progress on the role of KIF3A in the genesis and development of malignant tumors
Kinesin Family Member 3A(KIF3A)is an important member of the kinesin family, which is mainly involved in the construction of bipolar mitotic spindle during cell division.KIF3A is widely expressed in tumor tissues, plays an important biological function in cell division,is closely related to tumor formation, and is a prognostic factor for a variety of malignant tumors.Therefore,KIF3A may become a new target for tumor targeted therapy. In this review, the current research status of KIF3A in recent years was summarized, focusing on the relationship between its molecular structure, biological function and tumor, and the molecular mechanism of signal transduction pathway.
