The chemical constituents from Reineckia cornea(Andr.)Kunth.
Aim To study the chemical constituents from Reineckia carnea(Andr.)Kunth. Methods The compounds were isolated by a combination of silica gel,column,ODS column cinematography and reverse-phase pre-HPLC. Physicochemical characters and spectroscopic evidence were employed for the structural identification. Results and conclusion Fourteen compounds were purified by chromatographic methods and identified as:lupeol(1),rutin(2),3-hydroxyoleanene(3),ferulaic acid(4),methyl betulinate(5),diosgenin(6),quercetin(7),β-sitosterol(8),1,8-dihydroxy-3,4,5-trimethoxyxanthone(9),l-hydroxy-3,7,8-trime-thoxyxanthone(10),β-daucosterol(11),methyl protodioscin(12),hexacosanoic acid(13),and stigmasterol(14). According to references published,compounds 1,2,3,4,5,7,9,10,12,13 and 14 were identified for the first time in the Reineckia genus.
