摘要
目的 对小花清风藤Sabia parviflora中的生物碱类成分进行研究.方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20色谱、制备薄层色谱及重结晶等方法,对小花清风藤中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构.结果 从小花清风藤中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为N-反式阿魏酰基-3-甲氧基酪胺(1)、N-顺式阿魏酰基-3-甲氧基酪胺(2)、cassythicine(3)、litseglutine A(4)、鹅掌楸碱(5)、荷叶碱(6)、莲明碱(7)、白鲜碱(8)、y-崖椒碱(9)、venoterpine(10)、桂皮酰胺(11)、莲碱(12).结论 化合物1~11为首次从清风藤属植物中分离得到,化合物12为首次从小花清风藤中分离得到.
Abstract
The alkaloids of Sabia parviflora were separated and purified with chromatographic and recrystallization methods.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical analyses.As the result,twelve compounds were isolated from the Sabia parviflora and identified as N-trans-feruloyl-3'-methoxytyramine(1),N-cis-feruloyl-3'-methoxytyramine(2),cassythicine(3),litseglutine A(4),liriodenine(5),nuciferine(6),lysicamine(7),dictamnine(8),y-fagarine(9),venoterpine(10),cinnamamide(11)and roemerine(12).Among them,compounds 1-11 were isolated from the plants of Sabia Colelbr.for the first time,and compound 12 was isolated from Sabia parviflora for the first time.
