手参属藏药材研究进展及质量标记物预测分析

摘要
我国兰科手参属藏药材包括手参、西南手参、粗脉(短距)手参、角距手参和峨眉手参,均可作为藏药材手掌参入药,具有补益气血、补肾益精等功效.近年来发现手参、西南手参等具有防治阿尔茨海默病、抗肿瘤、降糖等活性而引起了广泛关注.本文作者对手参属藏药材的传统应用、化学成分、药理活性等进行了综述,并在此基础上对手参属质量标记物进行了预测分析,以期为手参属藏药材进一步的开发利用、质量标准研究等提供参考.
Abstract
The Tibetan medicinal materials of the Gymnadenia genus of Orchidaceae include Gymnadenia conopsea(L.)R.Br.,G.orchidis Lindl.,G.crassinervis Finet and G.bicornis T.Tang,G.emeiensis K.Y.Lang,which can be used as Shouzhangshen of Tibetan medicinal materials and have the effects of accelerating blood circulation,replenishing kidney essence.In recent years,it has been found that G.conopsea and G.orchidis have the pharmacological activities of preventing and treating Alzheimer's disease,anti-tumor and hypoglycemic activity.In this paper,the traditional application,chemical composition and pharmacological activity of Gymnadenia genus plants were reviewed.Furthermore,the quality markers of Gymnadenia genus plants were predicted and analyzed,to provide reference for the development and utilization of the Tibetan medicinal materials of Gymnadenia genus and quality standard research in the future.
