摘要
目的 对藏药臭蚤草70％乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究.方法 采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC等色谱分离技术对臭蚤草70％乙醇提取物的化学成分进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据对所分离的化合物进行结构鉴定.结果 从臭蚤草70％乙醇提取物中共分离得到13个酚类化合物,分别为对苯二酚(1)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(2)、对羟基苯甲醛(3)、对羟基苯乙酮(4)、4-羟基苯甲酸(5)、山柰酚7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、万寿菊甙(7)、万寿菊素3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、槲皮素3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、6-甲氧基山柰酚(10)、3,6-二甲氧基芹菜素(11)、灰毡毛忍冬素G(12)、3,4,5-O-三咖啡酰基奎尼酸甲酯(13).结论 化合物3、4、6、12、13为首次从蚤草属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、5、7～10为首次从臭蚤草中分离得到.
Abstract
To study the chemical constituents of the 70％ethanol extract of the Tibetan medicine Pulicaria insignis,thirteen compounds were isolated by silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,and HPLC techniques.The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic techniques as hydroquinone(1),3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(2),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(3),p-hydroxyacetophenone(4),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(5),kaempferol 7-O-β-D-glucoside(6),patulitrin(7),patuletin 3-O-β-D-glucoside(8),quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucoside(9),6-methoxykaempferol(10),3,6-dimethoxyapigenin(11),macranthoin G(12),and 3,4,5-O-tricaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(13).Among them,compounds 3,4,6,12 and 13 were isolated from Pulicaria for the first time,compounds 1,2,5,and 7-10 were firstly isolated from Pulicaria insignis.
