摘要
碳酸酐酶Ⅱ是一种在生物体内广泛分布的含锌金属酶,主要功能为催化CO2的可逆水合反应,参与人体的酸碱平衡以及青光眼、骨质疏松症等多种生理或病理过程.近年来设计合成了多种类型的小分子碳酸酐酶Ⅱ抑制剂,并有望开发出新型的抗青光眼药物.本文作者以碳酸酐酶Ⅱ的结构、功能以及抑制剂研究为重点,主要介绍近年来该领域研究的一些重要进展.
Abstract
Carbonic anhydrases(CAs)are ubiquitous zinc metalloenzymes that catalyze a very simple physiological reaction,the interconversion between carbon dioxide and the bicarbonate ion.It involves in many human physiological and pathological processes,such as human acid-base balance,glaucoma and osteoporosis.It is expected to develop new type of glaucoma medications,because of the design and synthesis of various types of new small molecule carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ inhibitors in recent years.This paper reviewed recent developments in structures,functions and inhibitors of human carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ.
