560例吸食含依托咪酯烟草、电子烟住院患者的临床分析

摘要
目的:探寻含依托咪酯电子烟滥用的严重性、成瘾性和危害,为相关部门对该药物的管控提供真实的科学依据.方法:自拟依托咪酯滥用者调查表,对2023年3月—7月住院单用含有依托咪酯烟草、电子烟滥用者560例患者的相关资料进行收集整理.结果:本组病例以男性、未婚为主,文化程度偏低,未成年人 88 例,其中女性多于男性;大部分出现在 6、7 月份.滥用形式以电子烟烟弹为主,滥用原因多为诱惑、对依多咪酯危害性认识不足,其次为朋友压力和好奇.滥用史1个月内居多,最长的3年.103例患者存在依赖综合征,其中冲动攻击行为57例;因滥用依托咪酯电子烟造成的摔伤 150 例,还有造成骨折、车祸、伤人、自残等.此外,多数患者伴有躯体疾病,如低血钾症、月经失调、皮肤变黑、体重减轻;经综合治疗后短期效果理想,治愈率达91.57%.结论:依托咪酯电子烟滥用现象十分严峻,具有较强的成瘾性,严重危害人类的生命安全,建议相关部门尽快列管,减少对人类造成进一步伤害.发现滥用患者,尽快到正规戒毒医疗机构系统治疗.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the severity,addiction and harm of etomidate-containing e-cigarette abuse,and to provide a real scientific basis for the relevant departments to control the drug.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire on etomidate abusers was conducted to collect and organize relevant data from 560 hospitalized patients who used tobacco and e-cigarette containing etomidate from March to July 2023.Results:The cases in this group were mainly male and unmarried,and the educational level was low.There were 88 cases of minors,of which 34 cases were more female than male.Most of them appeared in June and July.The main form of abuse was e-cigarettes.The main reasons for abuse were temptation and insufficient understanding of the harm of etomidate,followed by friend pressure and curiosity.The history of abuse was mostly within 1 month and the longest was 3 years.There were 103 patients with dependence syndrome,including 57 cases of impulsive aggression.There were 150 cases of falls caused by the abuse of etomidate e-cigarettes,as well as fractures,car accidents,injuries,and self-mutilation.In addition,most patients are accompanied by physical diseases,such as hypokalemia,menstrual disorders,darkened skin,weight loss;after comprehensive treatment,the short-term effect was ideal,and the cure rate was 91.57%.Conclusion:The abuse of etomidate e-cigarettes is very serious,with strong addiction,which seriously endangers human life safety.It is suggested that relevant departments should take charge as soon as possible to reduce further harm to human beings.Discover abuse patients,as soon as possible to the formal detoxification medical institutions system treatment.
