Intervention Effect of Knowledge-attitude-practice Health Education Model in Patients with Drug Addiction in Neurology Department
Objective:To analyze the intervention value of knowledge-attitude-practice health education model in patients with drug addiction in neurology department.Methods:A total of 100 patients with psychotropic drug addiction admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention measures,and the observation group was treated with knowledge-attitude-practice health education model.The compliance behavior,medication compliance and health status questionnaire(SF-36)scores were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the proportion and medication compliance of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the SF-36 score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking the health education model can improve their drug compliance and improve their health status,which is worthy of clinical application.
