Common Adverse Reactions and Intervention Strategies During Drug Treatment in Adolescent Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis
Objective:To analyze the common adverse reactions of adolescent patients with pulmonary tuberculosis during drug treatment,and put forward the corresponding nursing methods.Methods:A total of 55 adolescent patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.The adverse reactions,clinical manifestations and occurrence time of adverse reactions during drug treatment were analyzed.Results:There were 6 cases of adverse drug reactions,with an incidence of 10.91%.The main adverse reactions were liver and gallbladder system damage,skin and skin accessories,gastrointestinal reactions,etc.After comprehensive medical care,the adverse reactions could be improved or disappeared.The incidence of adverse reactions was mostly 15-30 days.Conclusion:Adverse reactions are more likely to occur in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs.It is necessary to strengthen monitoring and reexamination,and symptomatic care.
