The Mechanism of Chaiqin Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis Based on Network Pharmacology
Objective:To explore the potential mechanism of Chaiqin Wendan Decoction(CQWWD)in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)by network pharmacology. Methods:The main active components and targets of CQWWD were obtained by using the traditional Chinese medicine system pharmacology database and analysis platform and herbal group identification. The DGP targets were predicted in GeneCards,OMIM,DisGeNET,Drug Bank,PharmGKB and TTD databases, and the drug targets were intersected with the DGP predicted targets. The PPI network was constructed by STRING database and Cytoscape 3.7.2 software, and the GO function enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were performed by DAVID database. Results:A total of 263 targets were identified in the screening of Chaiqin Wendan Decoction.Among these targets,1439 were associated with DGP disease, and 61 were found to be intersecting targets.Through GO enrichment analysis,224 items were obtained, encompassing 224 biological processes,18 cellular components, and 38 molecular functions.Additionally,KEGG pathway enrichment analysis revealed 111 items. Conclusion:This study initially demonstrated that the treatment of DGP with CQWWD involves multiple components, targets, and pathways, thereby providing a solid foundation for further research in this area.
