Key points and Suggestions of Pediatric Drug Prescription Review
Pediatric drug prescription review should take into account the particularity of children,and the primary responsibility of prescription review is to ensure the drug safety of children.Therefore,the prescription review for pediatric patients should focus on the principles of drug use,drug conjunctigation,characteristics and safety of selected drugs,usage and dosage,rationality of recommended drugs and off-label drug use in different stages of development of children.This article summarizes the basis and key points of pediatric drug prescription review,and put forward suggestions to promote clinical rationalization of drug use.
