Effect of Personalized Management Based on Network Platform on Medication Compliance in Patients with Stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective:To explore the effect of personalized management based on network platform on medication compliance of patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy. Methods:A total of 90 patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 45 patients in each group. On the basis of receiving the same regular diagnosis and treatment, the two groups were given routine management at discharge, and the study group was given personalized management based on the network platform. The blood glucose index, renal function index and medication compliance before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the levels of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum creatinine and UACR in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and eGFR was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The personalized management based on the network platform can effectively improve the medication compliance of patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy, improve blood glucose index, delay the deterioration of renal function, and is worthy of clinical application.
