Research Progress on Chemical Constituents,Pharmacological Effects and Clinical Application of Lightyellow Sophora Root
Lightyellow sophora root can not only clear dampness-heat,diuretic kill insects,but also dispel wind evil and relieve itching,which is widely used in clinic.The chemical composition of lightyellow sophora rootis complex and diverse,which is the intrinsic basis of its pharmacological activity.In addition,modern pharmacological studies have found that lightyellow sophora root has certain pharmacological effects in anti-inflammatory and antibacterial,anti-arrhythmia,hypnotic and sedative,anti-tumor,hypoglycemic and other fields,but the exact mechanism of action is not well understood.In this paper,the chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of lightyellow sophora root are summarized in order to provide sufficient theoretical basis for the clinical application and scientific research of Chinese medicine lightyellow sophora root in the future.
