Clinical Study of Budesonide Combined with Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Sleep Disordered Breathing and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To explore the clinical value of budesonide combined with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of sleep disordered breathing and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods:From August 2021 to September 2022,88 patients with sleep-disordered breathing and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of 1∶1 random roll of dice, they were divided into 44 patients in the budesonide group and 44 patients in the control group. The control group was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, and the budesonide group was treated with budesonide on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions, lung function and arterial blood oxygen saturation were compared between the two groups. Results:After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the budesonide group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The FEV1 and FEV1/FVC values and SaO2 in the budesonide group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of sleep disordered breathing and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation can improve the therapeutic effect of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve lung function, and increase arterial blood oxygen saturation.
