Effect of Different Doses of Mifepristone Combined with Leuprorelin on Adenomyosis After Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective:To investigate the effect of low-dose mifepristone combined with leuprorelin on adenomyosis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods:A total of 126 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for adenomyosis in Jinshui District General Hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups, with 63 patients in each group. The control group and the observation group were treated with conventional dose and low dose of mifepristone on the basis of leuprorelin treatment. The dysmenorrhea, menstrual volume, uterine volume, sex hormone level, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the dysmenorrhea score, menstrual volume, uterine volume, serum estradiol, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.65%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of leuprorelin combined with low-dose mifepristone after laparoscopic surgery for adenomyosis is more significant than that of combined with conventional-dose mifepristone, which is helpful to improve dysmenorrhea, menstrual volume, uterine volume, and regulate sex hormones, with good safety.
