Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Combined with Dexamethasone on Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Pregnant Women with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension
Objective:To study the preventive effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with dexamethasone on postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy induced hypertension and its influence on hemodynamics. Methods:A total of 86 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases). The control group was treated with dexamethasone, and the observation group was treated with carboprost tromethamine combined with dexamethasone. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels, hemodynamics and postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 83.72%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of MAP,CVP and HR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,TLR4 and PGE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The bleeding rate at 2 h and 2-24 h after delivery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carboprost tromethamine combined with dexamethasone can reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension, improve hemodynamics, inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors, and have clinical application value.
