Comparison of the Effects of Different Administration Methods of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome
Objective:To study the clinical effect of intravenous drip and atomization inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods:A total of 80 children with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome who were admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 40 children in each group. Both groups were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride. The control group was treated with atomization inhalation, and the study group was treated with atomization inhalation and intravenous drip. The total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions, serum inflammatory factors, pulmonary ventilation function and arterial blood gas status were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The levels of CRP,PCT and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PaO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with inhalation and intravenous drip could significantly improve the inflammatory response, lung function and arterial blood gas status of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, without increasing adverse reactions, with good safety.
