Effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis
Objective:To study the effect of aspirin+Zhengqing Fengtongning in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:A total of 80 AS patients admitted to Luyi Zhenyuan Hospital from May 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into a single group(aspirin,n=40)and a discussion group(aspirin+Zhengqing Fengtongning,n=40)according to the random sampling method.The TCM symptom scores,clinical indicators,disease recovery and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of cold aversion of hind limbs,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,lumbosacral joint pain and activity limitation in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).The BASFI,VAS score,ESR and CRP of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the occiput-wall distance,morning stiffness time and thoracic mobility of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the study group was better than the single group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin+Zhengqing Fengtongning is effective in treating AS patients,which can reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve spinal function,reduce acute phase reactant levels,shorten morning stiffness time,and is worthy of clinical application.
